Andrew M. Jun, Esq. is an associate attorney at Roseman Law, APC, specializing in the firm’s Common Interest Development department.

As corporate counsel to residential and commercial community associations, Mr. Jun provides guidance to boards of directors in the interpretation and enforcement of governing documents, drafting amendments and restatements of governing documents, contract review and negotiation.

Mr. Jun graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California, majoring in business administration with a concentration in finance and law. Thereafter, Mr. Jun obtained his Juris Doctorate from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where he participated in the school’s business law program, successfully acquiring the program’s Business Law Emphasis Certificate. During his time in law school, Mr. Jun clerked for the Honorable Catherine E. Bauer of the Central District of California, gaining invaluable knowledge and experience in bankruptcy and federal court procedures.

After graduation, Mr. Jun worked at a firm that exclusively represented homeowners associations throughout California, serving as general counsel to the same and spearheading the firm’s assessment collections department. Mr. Jun went on to work for a corporate litigation firm, where he handled a myriad of complex business and securities disputes and transactions, including SEC compliance and violations, entity organization, business disputes, real estate matters, and municipal litigation.

Mr. Jun notes that Roseman Law provides him with the opportunity to combine and further excel in his specialized areas of practice as the firm serves as a full-service law firm in corporate, business, real estate, and HOA matters. More importantly, Mr. Jun appreciates the familial culture that the firm cultivates, making his job feel like anything but “work.”

During his spare time, Mr. Jun enjoys hiking, playing and watching basketball, traveling, and frequenting the gym. Mr. Jun also loves spending time with his senior maltipoo, Coco.
