Jacqueline Pagano is a community association attorney with litigation, appellate, and transactional experience.  She has over a decade of experience representing community associations, developers, and property owners within common interest developments and extensive knowledge of the issues impacting community associations.

As corporate counsel to residential and commercial community associations, Ms. Pagano regularly advises boards of directors on compliance with current laws, assessment collections, interpretation and enforcement of governing documents, negotiating and drafting contracts, licenses and easements, and drafting amendments and restatements of governing documents.  She also represents her community association clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, trials, and appeals.

Ms. Pagano received her Juris Doctor from University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2009, where she received an academic merit scholarship.  She received her B.A. from University of Southern California in 2006 and graduated Cum Laude.  She has been a member of the California Bar since 2009 and is licensed to practice before all of the courts in the State of California.

Ms. Pagano is an active member of Community Association Institute (CAI) where she has served on the Publications Committee for the Orange County Chapter since 2016.  In 2017, Ms. Pagano was nominated as Rising Star by the Orange County Chapter of CAI.  She has authored a number of articles pertaining to common interest development law and is a frequent contributor to OC View.  Ms. Pagano is also a member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), the Solo/Small Firm and Real Estate Sections of the Orange County Bar Association and is active in various USC Alumni Associations.
