Joshua B. Nozar is an associate attorney with the law firm of Roseman Law, APC.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Nozar worked for a civil litigation firm where he represented subcontractors and other various professionals in complex construction defect litigation matters. Mr. Nozar also has experience in eviction and bankruptcy proceedings, negotiating and drafting various contracts relating to business and real estate transactions, and assisting businesses with their corporate formation and compliance.
Mr. Nozar received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. Mr. Nozar received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles where he was a recipient of the academic merit scholarship for three consecutive years and served as an editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review.
