Rachel Walmsley is an associate attorney with the law firm of Roseman Law, APC.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Walmsley practiced at a business law firm where she advised clients on corporate formations, restructurings, and governance, early-stage debt and equity financings, employment matters, and contract negotiations. Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Walmsley worked at a real estate investment firm where she participated in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily, office, retail, and industrial buildings.
Ms. Walmsley received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law where she served on the San Diego International Law Review.
Outside of her profession, Ms. Walmsley is an avid runner, snowboarder, and car enthusiast.
