Pre-Litigation Compliance and Dispute Resolution

Prior to litigation, we assist our clients navigate through all the pre-litigation stages required by California Law or their unique governing documents. These include the “Calderon Process” and SB800, ensuring their compliance with the pre-litigation requirements imposed by Civil Code Section 895, et seq. Further, our firm makes every effort to try to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution (ie, mediation) even prior to filing a lawsuit. If there is any possibility to resolve the dispute short of litigation, Roseman Law, APC, will explore all such avenues.
