Coronavirus

Roseman Law is closely monitoring the news for the latest updates on the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We are following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and other local and national health organizations.  We would like to share our current efforts to keep our clients, staff, and communities safe and healthy.  First and foremost, we want to acknowledge that we are here for you as a firm and trusted advisor to help you serve and provide leadership to your communities.  We are fully staffed and available to answer any questions.  We will continue to remain in close communication with you as this matter unfolds.  Please take a moment to review the following precautionary measures we as a firm recommend that will be put into effect immediately.

Meetings:

We will reschedule all in-person meetings with clients, but are available via Hangout, Zoom or conference call. Our paralegals will be reaching out to clients to reschedule or confirm conference calls or video conferences.

Court Appearances/Mediations:

Our firm will be adhering to all local courtroom procedures in place and will be contacting clients to inform them of any changes.

Homeowners Associations/Management Companies:

We recommend postponing annual and other membership meetings for at least 30 days, where possible, in order to abide by recommended social distancing guidelines.

For potential clients, should you have any questions, please feel free to email us at info@roseman.law. For our current clients, please contact the attorney assigned to your matter for legal guidance, or for general information, contact Teresa Agnew at agnew@roseman.law.
