Michael D. Poole is a senior attorney with Roseman Law, APC. Prior to joining the team, Mr. Poole first gained civil litigation experience involving consumer protection, partnership disputes, labor, personal injury, and intellectual property matters. Long maintaining an interest in civil liberties and constitutional law, Mr. Poole also expanded his legal knowledge and skillset through the incorporation of criminal defense into his practice. Through regular and intensive criminal court appearances in both state and federal court, Mr. Poole acquired additional legal experience and skills, particularly with respect to oral arguments and negotiation. Subsequently, using this broad legal foundation, Mr. Poole decided to focus his practice of law on homeowners associations and other common interest developments, where he is experienced with corporate counsel, association specific litigation, and assessment collection.

Mr. Poole graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California in 2008. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business where he was on the Dean’s List each semester. Mr. Poole continued at the University of Southern California, attending the Gould School of Law. A member of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program, he earned his Juris Doctor in 2011 and has been a member in good standing of the California State Bar since 2011.

When not representing his clients, Mr. Poole enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, and cooking.
