Monica Blake is a certified Paralegal with the law firm of Roseman Law, APC. She attended California State University, Fullerton, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She went on to work for an international, publicly traded company for over five years as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Legal Assistant to the Chief General Counsel. During her tenure she received her Paralegal certificate with specialty certificate in Business law, graduating with honors.
Most recently, Monica worked as a Paralegal for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Asset Forfeiture section where she supported three federal prosecutors with civil and criminal litigation. Monica has experience drafting variety of legal pleadings including complaints, lis pendens, and judgments against real property. In addition, she developed strong niche in discovery and prepared over one hundred civil federal subpoenas, organizing and analyzing the production of data.
