
Nuria Hernandez is a licensed paralegal and joined Roseman Law, APC in 2018. At Roseman Law, Ms. Hernandez has primarily worked on general litigation and construction defect matters, performing legal research, as well as assisting in the drafting of a variety of legal documents including, pleadings, discovery, motions, notices, and subpoenas. In addition, she performs administrative duties such as calendaring hearings and deadlines, organizing case files, and maintaining pleading and discovery indexes. Ms. Hernandez also serves as the firm’s office manager.
Ms. Hernandez has expressed that she values Roseman Law’s firm culture and principles and the growth and success she has experienced since joining our firm.
Prior to joining Roseman Law, Ms. Hernandez provided legal and administrative support to attorneys at a firm focused on the protection of tenants’ rights against substandard living conditions.
In her free time, she loves catching sunsets, and spending time with her family. Ms. Hernandez graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a minor in Political Science. She obtained her Paralegal Certificate from University of California, Los Angeles, Extension, where she graduated with honors.
