
Patrick M. Malone is a partner with Roseman Law, APC. Prior to joining the team, Mr. Malone accrued significant civil litigation experience, specifically with general liability and construction matters. In addition to that experience, Mr. Malone has litigated within a variety of other legal specialties, including but not limited to family law, probate, real property, employment and civil rights disputes. He is particularly well versed in motion practice of all relevant types and has successfully argued many dispositive, or otherwise highly contentious motions on behalf of both individual and entities, plaintiff and defendant clients.
Mr. Malone graduated with honors from Antioch University with a degree in Liberal Studies and cum laude from the University of West Los Angeles, where he obtained is Juris Doctor, finishing at the top of class. While in law school, Mr. Malone earned a spot on the Dean’s List each semester of his attendance in addition to a Witkin Award for academic excellence in Constitutional Law and participated in the Moot Court Honors Program.
Mr. Malone is married with three young children. He spends the majority of his personal time with his family but always makes time to read and stay as informed as possible with current events.
