Paul Cooley is a senior attorney with the law firm Roseman Law, APC, and is the head of the firm’s litigation department.
Mr. Cooley is a multi-talented attorney with exemplary work ethic and expertise in providing sound legal advice and opinions for public and private clients regarding negotiation, contract drafting, employment, litigation, liability exposure, and insurance coverage issues.
He is organized, disciplined, and methodical, while consistently maintaining a positive attitude good sense of humor. With nearly thirty years of litigation experience, Mr. Cooley is well equipped to handle even the most complex matters.
Mr. Cooley is the former Vice Chair for Public Service Projects, Smart Growth & Green Building Committee of the American Bar Association and the author of works published by the ABA. He is also an Eagle Scout recognized by the National Eagle Scout Association (N.E.S.A.).
Mr. Cooley earned his bachelor’s degree from Loyola Marymount University, and his J.D. from Loyola Law School, where he graduated with honors.
