At Roseman Law, Ms. Haimof’s main work has been with the firm’s HOA, Real Estate and Business departments. One of her favorite success stories as a member of Team Roseman is she was able to successfully assist in reaching an agreement with the developer of a large project in a mixed association that was slated to cause many logistical, public health and safety problems for the members of the association. In order to do so, Ms. Haimof spent many months working closely with the Board and appeared at several planning commission hearings.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she was selected as a Scholarship Recipient. Ms. Haimof combines her knowledge of the law with her backgrounds in real estate, business, and management to successfully advance her client’s interests.
As a law student, she was appointed to be a Loyola Ambassador and served to facilitate communication among faculty, administration, alumni, and students as an elected member of the Student Bar Association.
Prior to joining our team, Ms. Haimof worked for a boutique law firm where she developed and drafted estate plans and advised clients on protection of their assets, including retirement plans, life insurance policies, business interests and real property.
