Sascha Macias has been in the community association industry for over 16 years, and currently serves as a law clerk for Roseman Law, APC.

Prior to joining our team, Sascha worked in the industry as both a manager, and eventually Vice President of a large property management company, leading a team of managers and overseeing more than 50 HOA clients. During her 16-year tenure in management, Sascha earned her CMCA, AMS and PCAM designations. Her primary responsibilities included both managing and overseeing the management of varying product types within the Homeowner’s Association industry. She was responsible for client retention, business development, and both client and employee satisfaction.

Sascha has been a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) for over a decade and has previously served a 6-year term for CAI Greater Los Angeles Chapter, ending her term as 2020 Chapter President. She has served on many committees over the years, and is currently Co-Chair of the Programs Committee, Chair of the College Curriculum Task Force, and a committee member of the LSC for CAI-GLAC. For CAI Channel Islands she serves as a member of the LSC and Community Faire committees.

In pursuit of education and avenues to further serve the community association industry, Sascha is currently pursuing a J.D. degree at Loyola Law School. She brings a unique property management perspective to the firm, as she pursues her law degree.

In her free time, Sascha enjoys spending time with her children, Disneyland, true crime, and is passionate about rescue animals.
